Distant Healing
Can I Learn It?

Many people wonder about distant healing and if it is effective. What I have found is that I have been asked numerous times to help others in different states and even different countries. They would be going through many different challenges and need extra support.

You may have heard many say pray for my son who was in an accident or my wife who has cancer. Well this is the same as prayer, except you send them energy along with the intention.

I had a friend who became ill suddenly and they could not determine what had caused the trouble so he called me and asked if I could help. So that night when everyone was quite I began to run reiki distant healing for him. About five minutes into it I got a call.

It was my friend, his first question was "What are you doing?" I told him I was sending him distant healing and he said I know I can feel it and think you did something. I asked if he was hurting and he said "NO" "I feel like a million bucks!" He went into the doctors office the next morning and they could not find one thing wrong with him.

Hey swears to this day that the healing is what changed his entire life. Myself I feel if you are open and want to heal you can.

I found that many think that learning reiki is the only way to heal at a distance and I totally disagree! I found that through the many different healing modalities everyone can heal and everyone can do distant healing.

What I found the biggest secret to success was to do any kind of healing even prayer, at night. When people are at rest and not awake to struggle with energy coming to them. When a person is sleeping they are more open to love coming in and through them.

Here are steps you can try the next time you have a friend or family member that needs healing.

1. Wait until they are asleep
2. Sit in a comfortable chair
3. Get yourself relaxed and balanced
4. Imagine the person shrinking so that they could fit in the palm of your hand, cup your hand as if they are sitting in it.

5. If you only know prayer, just say a simple prayer for the person. (State your request, do not beg, when finished just admire the miniature person with love. Don't keep asking just state prayer once!)

6. If you know how to run energy do it now, if not just give love from your heart!

The biggest thing about all healing is that you do not ask for an out come let the universe provide the best option for the person. Do not be attached to out come, this stops everything.
