A System To Bring Healing and Balance
Angel Hands is a healing system that was developed through my work with angels. I first discovered Reiki in a dream and used it many times to heal those around me. During those healing sessions I found that they would be successful, yet I found them to be slow and draining. Just as discovering Reiki, I was visited in a dream again, but this time I was shown how to use the effectiveness of communicating with angels that assist me along with a different style of healing. Adding these together I found fast relief with anyone that I worked with and I felt energized instead of drained. Due to the success I found that people wanted me to name it so that they could tell others about the success. Reluctantly I asked for angelic assistance in a name. During my meditation I was told "Angel Hands". The reason it is called Angel Hands...The very first thing you do before any session is to open yourself up to angelic assistance. I like to say... Calling all angels!I will give you an over view of the system, breaking it down into sections, so that you can see how easy and fast "Angel Hands" can be learned and used! Step One
Angelic Communication
This step is the foundation of everything I do in every aspect of my life. Through the angelic communication I find that guess work is gone and I am guided to use the right hand positions, breathing techniques, and energy system to get the results desired. Step Two
Breathing Techniques
We all have been breathing our whole lives, but very few people have been breathing correctly. What I have found is most people use only about half to two thirds of their lung capacity. leaving the bottom of the lungs dormant. When you breathe correctly you will find you become more energetic and feel more alive. So the second thing a person learning Angel Hands needs to do is to learn the different techniques of breathing. This is an easy process, yet it does take concentration in the beginning to keep doing it. After you get use to deep breathing, without passing out, it then becomes second nature again. The basic steps to deep breathing are: - Take a deep breathe through the nose, making sure your stomach expands as you breathe in.
- Hold the breathe in for the count of 5.
- Release your breath out through your mouth emptying your lungs the best you can. (Cation: You may become light headed in the beginning of this system)
- Count to 5 and begin a deep breathe in again
- Repeat this for about 10 breathe every day until that becomes normal
The purpose of breathing this deeply is to get your lungs into shape so that when you breathe normally it will be deeper and you will use more of your lungs.
There are 6 different breathing techniques used in Angel Hands and each is used to open up or remove blocks that have stopped the energy to flow.
Step Three
Energy Flow
In this step we learn that energy needs to flow from the universe not from you. This is the major difference in this technique and most others. The energy is taken in through an open portal giving you healing just as much as what ever you are working on. Drawing the energy in is a simple technique that can be learned in three minutes.
Step Four
Hand Positions
Many of the hand techniques are similar to Reiki hand techniques. The biggest difference is that when ever possible the hands should be sandwiched above and below what ever you are working on. You should feel the energy going from one hand through to the other. For most people this technique will take a little practice. A simple way to practice this technique is to rub your hands together fast causing warmth and sensitivity in both hands. Once this happens hold your hands apart palms facing each other and feel what feels like a rubber ball between them. This is the feeling of basic energy. The more you practice this and experiment with the distance between them or maybe with a partner, you will begin to feel what energy feels like and your hands will become more sensitive to the different degrees of energy.
The Power of Intentions
Angel Hands is a reliable system that brings success 95% of the time. I have found that having intentions was the biggest contributor to that success. I ask the person I am working with what are the major intentions and together we bring those intentions to the surface so that they can manifest within the treatment.Many healing sessions are needed due to a person being in one of the 8 steps that cause disease. Angel hands can eliminate most causes of illness that block us from being healthy.
